To process an order, we only collect: name, phone number, delivery address and city, email (optional) and any note you add. No bank details are collected.

Purposes

This data is used solely to confirm, prepare, deliver and invoice your order, and to provide after-sales service.

Recipients

The data is accessible to authorised staff of Galaxy Info Electro and, for delivery, to the courier. It is neither sold nor transferred.

Security and retention

The data is stored in a secure database with restricted access. To protect against abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is kept with the order. Data is kept for as long as the business relationship and accounting obligations require.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Local storage

The site saves your cart in your browser (local storage). No advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools are used.
