Terms and conditions of sale

Template to be approved by the merchant (and, if needed, a legal adviser) before going live. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded on this website between Galaxy Info Electro and any person placing an order (“the customer”).

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed, recalculated by our system. Delivery fees are shown before confirmation.

3. Orders

The order is recorded with the status “Awaiting confirmation”. It only becomes final once confirmed by phone. Galaxy Info Electro may refuse or cancel an order in the event of unavailability, incorrect details or an abnormal order; the customer is then informed.

4. Availability

Products are offered while stocks last. Stock is checked at the time of ordering.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery. No online payment is required.

6. Delivery

Terms and lead times are given on the Delivery and payment page. The customer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt.

7. Warranty and returns

Products benefit from the legal warranties and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty shown on the product page. Return and exchange conditions are given by the shop when the order is confirmed.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular law no. 31-08 on consumer protection measures.
